Seateach have been our local chandlery since I started sailing and have kindly helped out with the re-fit of the boat. Stuart and Ian the owners are two genuine people who are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they are based in Emsworth at 2a Station Approach.

Solo Offshore Racing are a fantastic friendly group of Solo sailors who put on races around the South, Jerry Freeman one of the directors has provided me with priceless information through his extensive experience, he has also generously provided the trip with a tracker. Any solo sailor should have a go at racing with SORC especially any keen young sailors!
Mike Saqui is a successful single handed racer whom I have got to know through the SORC races, he is also the owner of The Penny Farthing Hotel in Lyndhurst, he has loaned me an essential back up Raymarine St1000, as well as contributing to the running costs of the trip. If you're ever in Lyndhurst pop in to say hi!
Thanks to Brooks and Gatehouse for their supply of a spare anemometer and various goodies!
Thanks to the Chichester-based Round Britain sailors - the Fishers for their kindness and generosity lending UK charts and a freshly serviced liferaft (hopefully never to be used...)
